About Us

Creative Catering Ltd is owned and run by husband and wife team Eamon Blake and Trish Finegan. Between them they have over 60 years experience in the catering industry. Eamon is a qualified chef and his experience is in event and outdoor catering at Executive Chef level. Trish qualified in Catering Management. Her experience is in managing the service side of the business with experience in establishments such as London's Café Royal and Kilkenny Mount Juliet. With training and experience in both areas of the business we make a great team.

For 20 years, since April 1990, we have built up our company based on good quality, home cooked food at a reasonable price. All our food is produced from fresh quality ingredients to the highest standards. Our aim is to provide our customers with the best of both food and service as we believe to give top quality you cannot have one without the other.

Eamon holds over responsibility for managing the kitchen at Creative Catering. This includes hygiene controls and standards such as HACCP. Trish works closely with clients planning the events from start to finish.

We cater for events in clients homes to celebrate communions, christenings, confirmations etc; to marquee weddings, trade fares, gala dinners, Christmas parties and official openings with any number of guests. Feedback from clients and senior personnel after an event is critical but we recognise that the true measure of success is the high level of repeat business which Creative Catering Ltd generates.
